FAQs
Do you offer consultations for first‑time clients?
Absolutely. A consultation (recommended for colour changes, corrections or extensions) lets us assess your hair, discuss goals and map a practical plan — often this can be done in person in Ponsonby or via photos/messages.
Where are you located & how do I book?
You can find me in Emma Frances Hair, Ponsonby, Auckland. You can book online via the website, DM on Instagram, or message/call to arrange a consultation. Appointments fill quickly — especially for blonding — so early booking is recommended.
How much do extensions or colour cost?
Prices depend on length, density and service complexity (balayage, full blonding, colour correction, extensions). Contact me for a bespoke quote or book a consultation in Ponsonby for an accurate estimate.
Can you match hair extensions to my hair colour?
Yes — seamless extensions are colour‑matched and blended during your appointment for an invisible finish. I offer maintenance advice so extensions continue to look natural between appointments.

You will need to come into the salon every 5-10 weeks for a maintenance appointment. The hair itself depending on type usually last 6-9 months before you will want to add in some new hair. I recommend adding a small amount every second/third move up to avoid a big spend getting all new hair
